A minor change to the Leeds Care Record Information Sharing Agreement has included the addition of an information flow diagram to Appendix B: Information being shared. The diagram is intended to represent the data that is already available to view through the Leeds Care Record. All items are under Role Based Access Controls (RBAC) and some may not be available for all users to see.
Due to this minimal change, the existing Information Sharing Agreement signed by our participating organisations will be enduring until any future additional changes are deemed significant to warrant new agreements to be had.
