  2. General information about this Leeds Care Record Training Portal

     
    1. The Leeds Care Record Training Portal has been developed to aid participating organisations with the training and development of their staff in order to successfully show their competence in the use of the integrated care record, known as Leeds Care Record. 
    2. Leeds Care Record Training Portal is an additional training resource along with the organisations own staff development products and should be used in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and guidelines. 
    3. Access to the Leeds Care Record Training Portal is owned by The Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and is provided to participating organisations for their use. 
    4. The Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust reserves the right to withdraw user access should their be clear justification of misuse or inappropriate use.

       
  3. Your responsibilities when using this resource

     
    • You must not use this Leeds Care Record Training Portal products to violate any laws or regulations of the United Kingdom. Use of the service for illegal activity is usually grounds for prosecution and/or legal action. 
    • You must not attempt to interfere with the technical components, both hardware and software, of the Leeds Care Record Training Portal in any way. 
    • When you accept your invitation to connect your user account you must ensure your details are accurate and that your details in the system are true and up to date. 
    • You must ensure your password for this Leeds Care Record Training Portal is kept confidential and secure at all times. Users who log into this system with their NHS Mail details should also follow their acceptance of use policies. You should contact the leeds.carerecord@nhs.net if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Leeds Care Record Training Portal account. 
    • You must only access this Leeds Care Record Training Portal with your own username and password and never share your access credentials with others. 
    • You will never be asked for your Leeds Care Record Training Portal password by a member of our team. Do not disclose this information to anyone, even if asked.
